18K Air Handler Unit
Description
Air handler units offer a versatile and efficient alternative to traditional air conditioning systems, designed to integrate seamlessly with existing ductwork. These units are smaller, quieter, thanks to their variable speed fan motors, and more energy efficient compared to conventional systems. Available in 18K, 24K, 36K, 48K, and 60K Btu/h models, they provide flexibility in installation, allowing for vertical, horizontal, or downward setups.
The air handlers are compatible with any 24V wall thermostat and can be connected to standard 18K to 60K Btu/h outdoor units or upgraded with Hyper Heat systems, which ensure reliable heating in temperatures as low as -22°F. Models with capacities ranging from 36K to 60K Btu/h are suitable for single-zone applications, while the 18K and 24K Btu/h units can be used with both single and multi-zone condensers. These units are noted for their high static pressure capabilities and quiet operation, making them a smart choice for various applications.
